What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from just 200–500 pcs for most paper bags and boxes, depending on size and print. It's a low threshold designed to help small and growing brands start easily and scale up.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We provide dieline design and a digital proof first. Physical samples are ready in about 3–5 days; a sample fee applies for fully custom items and is refunded from your bulk order.
What printing and finishing options do you offer?
CMYK and Pantone offset printing, hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, spot UV, soft-touch and matte/gloss lamination. Specialty papers and ribbons are also available.
How long is the production lead time?
Most orders ship within 5–14 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Rush production can be arranged — just tell us your deadline.
Do you ship worldwide? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Nanning, China by express, air or sea. We quote the best shipping option for your budget and can ship to your freight forwarder if you prefer.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Absolutely. We print with Pantone matching and provide photos or video of a printed test sheet before full production, so the color you approve is the color you receive.
